About.

My career spans senior management roles in start-ups, consultancy and corporates with focus on operational change management (people, processes, organisational structures). Being passionate about working with people on their personal and professional development, I decided to study to become a coach and to set up my own coaching practise in 2018.

I have experienced myself the effects performance pressure and feeling overwhelmed can have on one’s work, life and family. I can relate to the changes my clients seek to make. I have held hundreds of successful sessions with corporate and private clients from the UK and abroad, who I have helped to realise the changes they want to achieve. Changes can relate to a personal goal, a team or a business goal. I am experienced in working with you on either of them. My approach reflects a non-judgemental, mutually respectful and equal partnership with my clients.
