Conflict Management.

Conflict often starts with small upsets. If not addressed, conflict can escalate, which causes us to show unhealthy physiological and emotional responses.

Sessions explore the root cause of the conflict and what tools can be used to resolve and manage the conflict. Conflict management coaching also looks at how to prevent or deal with future conflicts in a ‘healthier’ way.

Performance Coaching.

The demand to perform better with often less resources yet increased targets is on the rise and can be challenging for managers and teams alike.

These coaching sessions look at how you can increase your or your team’s performance and what can be done to unlock unused potential. Explorations include looking at the psychology behind what makes (or breaks) the motivation of wanting to perform better and how blockers can be removed.

Leadership Coaching.

Today’s managers increasingly feel ‘sandwiched’ between work pressure from the top and managing their team’s development and support expectations. Also, many first-time managers do not get the training or support that helps them to deal with the challenges associated with managing staff.

Leadership/manager coaching sessions explore a range of tools and techniques to manage leading more effectively and to enable a better balance in the workplace dynamic.

Stress Management.

Stress presents itself in many different shapes and forms. While short spurts of stress can be positive and invigorating (think of athletes setting new records when fired up by crowds), continuous stress should be addressed to avoid long-term physical and psychological impact on one’s wellbeing.

Sessions look at the causes of stress and provide tools, tailored towards individual needs, to better handle - if not avoid - stress going forward.

Career Development or Change.

Employment statistics show that most of us change careers three to seven times in our lives. When we make a career move, we want it to be the right match for what we seek.

The focus of these coaching sessions is to find out what the ‘right match’ means and entails, how to find that role, and what to look out for in the selection process.

Soft Skills Development.

We tend to underestimate the impact soft skills can have on effective communication, influencing and managing challenging situations beyond the spoken word.

These sessions help to increase your awareness of what soft skills you are currently using and how ‘effective’ (or not) they are.  We will also be looking at broadening the range of your soft skills and how to choose and apply them competently.

Work-life Balance.

It can be challenging to get the balance right between spending time on work, family/friends, and ourselves. Many of us find it difficult to free up time to achieve this balance which may include saying ‘no’ to others.

In these coaching sessions we look at what the right balance means for you, and how you can achieve and retain this balance without feeling guilty.
